Question I don't think my pc is Running how it should be doing

So I bought my pc just under a year ago as a brand new prebuild gaming pc however it has never been able to run much really. It blackscreens all over the place i have to restart a lot due to apps crashing. It can't play much games on high graphics and even if it can run the game the FPS if awful the specs are as follows AMD Radeon RX 5500 Graphics card Quad core AMD Ryzen 3 3200G CPU 8gb RAM. All I want to know is if there is actually something wrong with my pc and if so then if its something i can fix easily or something i would need repaired otherwise. the apps i want to run well are Fortnite. Adobe Premeire pro. Planet coaster and if possible all of these on high graphics at above 60 fps which my pc should be able to run but I am lucky if the app even opens. somebody please help.

I should add that I did research into the part specifications to find out what games they "should" run and none run well on my pc
