I don't think windows is right :( at memory measuring

well i have 4GB of ddr3 memory on my i5-4200u notebook and the photo says that i'm using 59% of my memory which is 567MB .. and 567MB is not 59% it's actually about 15% so maybe it's a stupid question but i mean 59% is a lot and i'm saying that i want it to be 15% but at least a good number which is not 59% .. i hope you answer me i'm going to upgrade to 8GB and a different kind of mine ddr3 1600MHZ .... PS : it's showing that 2.2GB in the performance tap in task manger but i don't know what to believe but since the process tap shows everything so i'm going to believe it :)) i hobe u help me and thanks any way

that's 567.4 MiB of memory that's being used by processes owned by the user "Mahmoud". The remainder of the memory is being used by system processes.
