I don't understand... GTX 1080

I have a EVGA GTX 1080 SC, 4790K and a 16GB of ram i get not even half the fps i see on benchmarks and i can't find the issue

Did you run speedup and turn on turbo boost? That shuts down unneeded windows services.

Also try setting power managment to performance.

windows 10 and i listed my hardware...
