[SOLVED] i dont understand why my pc status is bad

UBM gives like half of the PC's specs, so I guess he wants to know:
Psu make and model. '500w psu 80+', for example, is not it.
Chassis make and model.
Cpu cooler.
Some mention of cpu and gpu thermals under load.


Also, since the benchmark result is reported as incomplete, that means something failed their part of the benchmark. From the looks of it, that was the 960 Pro.
Are the 2 drives listed in the UBM result the only ones?

Also, high background CPU usage and something's causing your CPU to not boost and show up as a 4c/8t CPU.

Instead of just pasting a benchmark, it would make a lot of sense to give us your full specs and a complete history of this PC and problem. The benchmark can suggest problems, but we need to know as many facts about your PC as possible; since we're not at your PC, you have to be our eyes and ears.
