Yep, im not kidding. It was literally a downgrade for a 3x more expensive GPU.

The image is not sharp enough, its sort of blurry, it can be fixed by adding nvidia filters. But still.

The main issue is fps. I literally had better fps on rx 580
In csgo I get about 120 fps sometimes even lower. (medium settings)

Warzone on medium settings i have 70 fps. (had more on rx 580)

Red dead 2 online - 50 fps on ultra, about 80 on regular

Absolutely terrible

My temperatures look fine, gpu never above 60c, cpu never above 70c.

I even tried overclocking my cpu to 4.00, still same issue.

I dont know what is wrong with it and how to test it.

Also, fresh windows install, newest drivers, chipset drivers, etc, etc.

My Specs:
  • Ryzen 7 2700
  • Asus prime b450m-k
  • Asus Dual 3070 8gb
  • Hyperx Predator 2 x 8gb @ 3200 mhz
  • Corsair hx850i
Monitor - AOC 24g2u - 144hz

Are you using Geforce Experience? It sometimes use the wrong resolution. Please check the resolution, if the game is set in 4K resolution, but as your monitor is HD, you are playing in HD, all your symptoms are possible.

Thank you for your reply, but the resolution is correct. I only play 1080. Its set that way both in games and in nvidia control panel

If you have Geforce Experience, can you check it there?

Another thing that came in my mind: Is it possible that you forgot to connect one of the power plugs to your GPU?

These numbers are of course not normal, I get better fps with my GTX 1070 at QHD resolution.
