[SOLVED] I downloaded windows 10 and now my computer won't start

I wasn't sure where to post this because I don't really know what the problem is

I recently did a hard reset on my computer because it was running slow and redownload windows via USB. I got everything working and got windows 10 reinstalled and accidentally hit the shut off button after. I tried to turn it back on but nothing happened. No power got to anything. I tried replacing the cord going to the power supply and replacing the power supply itself but nothing happened
Specs:
Motherboard - H110M Pro-VD
CPU - Intel i9
Power - 750BQ bronze
4TB Barracuda HDD
2 8GB sticks of RAM
Super Multi DVD Writer Model: GH24NSCO

I might move thread to systems as windows isn't the cause of PC not restarting. it can't do that.

have you tried taking motherboard out of case and seeing if it starts with just the CPU, motherboard, 1 stick of ram and hdd attached? run monitor off motherboard.
