I dropped a 1TB Western Digital Hard Drive, is it okay?

I dropped a 1TB Western Digital Hard Drive about 5 inches onto a hard wood floor. I haven't turned it on yet and I never had as it is new. It was still in its anti static bag if that makes any difference what so ever. Also, I was wondering what the maximum height a 1tb Western Digital hard drive can be dropped from onto a hard wood floor without any damage and it still working. Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me the answers as I am building my pc in a week. Thank you

You won't know till you try it , 5 inches isn't much should be ok.

should be fine, there pretty shock resistance now days 5 feet a different thing tho
