Seems like your graphics card drivers aren't installed properly after the reset.
Check in device manager, in your search bar type device manager. Then under Display adapters click the arrow to expand so you can see what it says. Should say Nvidia Geforce 750ti or something similar.

By nvidia you can use it to update Geforce drivers and also can optimise compatible games with it.
Ideally should do a clean install of drivers usually, just in case. To do this once Geforce Experience has downloaded the latest driver for you then when the setup begins (Think you have to tell it to install, not sure top of my head) you have the option of choosing Custom install. This option has a check box you can tick to 'perform a clean install'. Which simply just removes all old drivers instead of just replacing.
