I failed my gtx 1070 overclock

I had heard of my friends being able to overclock the gtx 1070 asus strix to huge amounts, I had made the assumption that I would he able to adjust in high proportions, and upon running unigine valley, I had met a screen of artifacts. Every time I run my pc, it is very slow to run now and also valley is only giving me 30 fps on standard gpu tweak gaming setting. I am scared I may have broken my card?

Set it back to stock speeds and voltage.
Never listen to friends bragging about how high they have stuff overclocked nobody stretches the truth to be the man.

Completely reset your computer DO A WHOLE FACTORY RESET and reinstall the drivers. If that don't work you need to buy a new card.
