Hey guys, i'm new here and i have a couple questions. I have a alright gaming rig at home. But i have a feeling its underperforming, For example this is my friends rig. (1070ti, 6700K, 16gb ram 3k mhz, psu 650 watt screen: 1920x1080 144hz) He hits the same amount of fps as me on rainbow six siege on the same setting. And he hits higher on some games.
And my second question is, is my rig to weak to perform good fps on my super ultrawide monitor? I'm hitting around 50-60 fps on high/ultra settings. <---- SP games.
And my third question, is it worth to upgrade to an 2080ti and an i9 9900k or one of those. And what do i need to upgrade with it?
My gaming rig
Asus rog strix 1080
intel core i7700k,
MSI z270 motherboard
16gb DDR4 3000 mhz
First screen is the benq 1920x1080 144hz
Second screen asus super ultra wide 3840x1080 144hz
Edit: For the people reading this. The game im refering to in my first question is on my 1920x1080 144hz screen not my SUW. I understand that aint getting the same amout of fps on a 3840x1080 i'm just wondering if my rig could pump more then 60 fps.
