Hello guys so i just bought a new pc last friday here are my specs : ZOTAC AMP GTX 1660 Ti AMD RYZEN 5 2400g 16 GB RAM 3000Mhz Samsung 970 evo plus m.2 ssd 500w psu thermaltake

So i see benchmarks on youtube getting way much higher fps than mine which makes me feel like there's something wrong. I also benchmarked my pc using userbenchmark here are the links for my results.

If I had the option to prevent Userbenchmark from misleading folks, I'd have done so, unfrotunately I can't control what goes on over there. On that note, you didn't mention your full system's specs. List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Please be as specific as possible with your parts. Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? What do you do with your system on a daily basis? Might it be possible to list the videos you've used to gauge that you're underperforming...?

Also OS are you using? If Windows 8 or 10 (or even 7) you might find that just restarting the PC (I do mean clicking restart, not just shutting down then turning it back on) might help. Lastly, whatever OS it is, make sure it is up to date, as updates running in the background and especially an update that failed to install can really slow things down. Also, have you got the latest graphics card drivers?

Also i used msi afterburner to monitor my gpu and cpu usage while playing rust which is the game that i dont have very good fps on and my gpu usage was 95% and cpu was 45% and i asked a friend and they told me then there is no bottleneck. Here is a video of someone with almost the same setup just a better ryzen cpu which shouldnt make a vast difference as it shows in the video

. In the video the frames are mostly 75+ on the same settings i use but for me i get alot of drops to 55 sometimes 50 frames

Go into your BIOS and look for a version number. From what I can tell, the newest version is F40. If you don't have this, you are running an older BIOS version.
Once again, is Windows up to date? Click the start menu then click on the setting 'cog'. Navigate to Update and Security, then, if it says there are updates, do these. Otherwise, click on check for updates.

There may be no need to update the BIOS if the games are running well now ... Have you tested them? If you have, and it's still too slow, the BIOS files are here: https://www.gigabyte.com/uk/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-10#support-dl
You might want to watch a few videos and/or create a new thread here for people to help you, I have no experience in flashing BIOSes. Do not attempt to flash your BIOS if you don't know what you are doing.
Another thing you can do is overclock your GPU. Open MSI afterburner and slide the GPU speeds up a little bit. You might want to watch a video on how to do this. Make sure to do it little bits at a time. If you start crashing, turn it back down.
Hopefully some of this has helped!
