Download cpu userbenchmark and run it and post results here after you upload it.
It should show bottleneck.(This is just to see which component does it)

What about psu brand and model?

So , do you have 1 or more sticks of ram?
Could you go to bios and enable XMP(If you havent?).
Download hwinfo64 and you can check temps with it when you have played game for few minutes , which should give you good idea(Run hwinfo in sensor mode).

As for psu , is it grey label, orange , green?

I don't have an option to enable xmp in my bios, my temps when playing games are fine averaging 65-70c (the gpu) and 65c (cpu)

im using the a320 s2h motherboard do you have any idea how I can enable xmp profile? coz i really don't have an option to there I've been trying to find it before

And yes i have 2 sticks of ram the psu is labeled grey

Your memory is running at (near)2400MHz. It's DDR (Double Data Rate) which means it can be written to and read from at same time but CPU-Z and many other programs measure only read speed. It still shouldn't be limiting factor in graphic card performance.
