Question I feel like something is wrong with games graphics on my pc

Something is wrong with graphics in many games , I feel like it's blurry and bad and I dont feel a difference changing graphics to low / medium / high..

my pc specs:

4096MB ATI Radeon RX 470 Graphics (Gigabyte)
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28)
Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.30GHz
931GB Seagate ST1000DM010-2EP102 (SATA)

Monitor: LG TV (1360x768@60Hz) and I use HDMI

In this game textures load infront of me as u can see in the photo I cant see far..

trees look like absolute garbage , changing AA settings didn't have any effects:

that low resolution on your TV is whats causing it
1360x768 is something u see on ~15" notebooks

But why do I feel it in some games and others not..

Like Doom eternal, fallout 4 , payday 2 I see everything clearly and it was good
