I fell for a phishing site

so i uh thought steam was giving out gift cards and it looked legit and basicaly it didnt work and now everytime i open google chrome it opens this like spam site where it shows me ads how do i fix this?
Edit: i fixed it it was malware so i downloaded malware byes and avast

Get into browser, reset everything to default. Do all your scans. Contact Steam directly and let them know that your account has been compromised.

Done and done and im pretty sure its not compromised because i have 2 step verification for steam so yeah
