I flashed the BIOS using M-Flash and now the BIOS won't load

I tried updating my BIOS using M-Flash for the first time. I'm not one to update my BIOS because I never thought it was necessary until now because I bought a Ryzen 7 1700 when they were brand new, along with the brand new motherboards that had buggy BIOS and such. So it seemed everything was going well and when it got to 100% and restarted, I could no longer get into anything. My monitor just stays on standby. I've tried resetting the CMOS with a jumper as well as removing the battery and still nothing. I don't want to have to send it in to get another but I also don't want to have to buy another. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. My motherboard is an MSI B350 Tomahawk.

if the bios won't load, nothing you can do other than send it back for replacement
