I forgot my password for my inspiron 1525 and my password is protected what can I do do log in back or reset it

I am trying to logging my account but I forgot my password and it is protected and I can only go into guest but I need to go in my account but I only see my user name I don't got a floppy disk or usb to reformat it what can I do

It's against forum rules to help with any sort of password bypassing. Contact Dell and be prepared to prove ownership.
