I forgot what e-mail I used to sign up for Steam and now I also forgot my password. How will I know my e-mail add. then?

You can use the forget password option, then try it with every email you have. The one with an account will get an email (they tell you if you enter a wrong email).

The problem is, I've checked every e-mail I've had, but none of them seems to be the e-mail I used. Is there a possible way for steam to give me my e-mail that I used for the user?

You may be able to call them. Sometimes they give options for a secret question rather than using an email, should you have forgotten that.
