I'm guessing that you're trying to connect to the management interface for your router; if that is the case, what model router do you have? Without knowing that, it's hard to say what the username and password are.

In almost all cases if you changed the default password to the device you only option will be to reset it to factory default. You will need to look up how to do that for your device.
