if you're locked out, try resetting the password with a password reset disk. if you don't have one, take the laptop to asus customer service and provide proof of ownership when asked. since we have no way to verify you as the legitimate owner, we can't help any further.

If it is a company laptop the it dept will have a master account and can reset your account
Or do you mean a second hand ex company laptop or a stolen company laptop ?
Or due language problem asus is the company making laptop?
Go to a PC dealer with proof of ownership & proof of identity and ask them to reset password
This will loose any encrypted files
