i forgot password

i've tried F8 key and started safety mode with command prompt but dosn't open a prompt window it goes to the login screen service safety mode. What do I then to recover my password???

You contact the manufacturer and prove ownership and they will help you. No one here can or will assist you in bypassing a password for any reason. Last resort, can always ask the owner of the PC.
