I formatted my laptop and now streaming videos wont play well

Hello,
I formatted my system and now whenever am watching a movie online, the pictures shows like its a webcam. The images are continuous but breaking within. I have updated all microsoft stuffs in the system but still it persist. Please can any one help me with a solution?

have you checked the drivers for the video card ? and also worth checking LAN / WAN drivrs too.

Try to update flash player and video card drivers.
