I found a MCP61SM-AM motherboard. Help.

I just opened up my old PC I bought a few years back, and found out that the motherboard is a MCP61SM-AM. I have no idea what motherboard this is, so I thought I'd seek your guys' help.
Can someone give me just some general information about this, the overall performance of it, and should I just throw it in the bin or keep it?

Its an ECS Socket AM2 motherboard from around 2003.

Unless the machine is in working order, you can throw it away.
