Question My CPU was stuck to the fan ?

I found my CPU stuck on the fan!
I was cleaning my case because my pc kept shutting down and I don't know why. When i checked the CPU I found it stuck to the fan. Maybe it's because of the cooler, maybe something else idk tbh.

Anyway i tried to clean it gently and that worked but my PC still shuts down many times and bluescreens.
i need help please.

The dump report states that its a video driver related error which could well point to your GPU. So clean install of that might resolve the issue, you can try DDU.
I dont see the CPU temps from that screenshot, perhaps it didnt get captured or something.
And we still dont know your parts list other than the 1050 which is there in the temp pic.

GPU Nivida GTX 1050 Verison (536.23)
2 Fury hyper x ddr4 rams 16GB + 8GB = 24GB

The CPU temps are too high. Your processor might be throttling to cope with the load. Install proper thermal paste like Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and a suitable cooler with adequate case fans to get a more congenial operating temp. Also your ambient temp matters.

The weather here isn't perfect
Its so hot here but i will try my best to solve this problem.
And i already downloaded DDU and clean gpu then download last version
After i restarted my pc like 3 times
The first restart the case worked but the monitor didn't display anything.
I restarted again and it worked perfectly then i shut down and started my pc agian after few minutes and it worked till now
So it solved i think but i will keep testing it.
You literally saved my life today
I just don't know what to say, thank you so much.

Update:
After 30 minutes my pc freezed and i waited it to restart but it didn't
And i restarted it and the case worked but the monitor didn't display anything
And now i keep restarting it and the same thing everytime

mismatched RAM kits can also cause issues like you're seeing.
even being the same exact make & model does not ensure compatibility.

Try Appling some heat to unstick the thermal paste then gently remove the cpu from the heatsink let me know if this helped

Did you clean both surfaces, CPU and cooler and apply new paste properly ? Cooler fastened down like it should be ? Other than cooling, other cause of high temps can de high CPU voltage.

What are the temps like now, whats the bsod code, what does the crash report say now, is it still getting hot or is the video driver still causing it? check event viewer and reliability monitor.
also how long does it work before crashing or does it crash right at boot
