I found the monitor I finally like but...

I bought a LG 29UM67 very nice monitor but it has a little bit of backlight bleed the two bottom corners and a little bit on top. Is that normal? it goes away a little when I move around It kinda bugs me I want to return it but my store is about 50 minutes drive or should I buy a better brand? I love the LG but I'm not to happy with the bleeding. I hope is normal.

I would just get a replacement. Sounds like something loose or faulty. Have you tried it on a different computer just to make sure?

Try playing with brightness and contrast settings abit. I have LG 27mu67 and it has some light bleed, but i dont notice it at all, even when watching movies with black lines at the top/bottom. If you are realy distracted by yours then it must be prety big bleed. If youre just unhappy that you didnt get a perfect monitor, dont be.. alot of people get this on IPS monitors.
