Disabled in startup....then what?
They might get triggered after that.

Given an infected system, I wouldn't rely on just disabling in the startup, and leaving a known infection lurking around.
But thats just me. YMMV.

That is almost certainly a malware infection of some sort. We've seen pretty much exactly that many times. Even just the other day.
Downloading game stuff from shady sites.

If regular malware scans don't get rid of it, then you have 3 options:

1. Recover from the full drive backup you made before this happened.
2. Full wipe and reinstall.
3. Live with an infected system.

Your call.

Finally I investigated a little more and there are two files that the new game "Once Humans" installs. 1 is about times you open the game and the second is something with your Steam ID, suspicious anyway

Did you confirm these programs are from the game Once Human? I have nearly the same thing going on
