I found two services running that I am unable to find reliable info on, should I delete/uninstall?

The two services are:
CodeMeter Runtime Server (which is now disabled) I looked online and found that is is used for software licenses and with a CM stick (USB drive). But I do not have nor have I ever had any CM Sticks used on my PC. No one else even accesses this PC. So I am not sure what this service is even used for. I looked under Programs and Features but was unable to find the program as suggested by a web search. Could this possibly be a part of some program I installed?
The second one is not really a service but a program I happened to find when looking for the CodeMeter program. It is "Citrix online launcher". This program is apparently used in online meetings and such. Is this program part of Team Viewer? I have that installed to help friends and family when they need some help with their PCs.

BTW I am running windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Citrix launcher seems fairly safe, not sure they part of team viewer though: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citrix_Online

Codemeter seems to have many sources: http://www.file.net/process/codemeter.exe.html

run malewarebytes and see what it finds.

could download https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 (its an op version of task manager) , run it, and go into the view options at top and choose show process tree - this will show what runs what on PC and might show what is controlling these two processes. If you right click a process, and choose virustotal it will run a scan on it.

This explains what all the terms and colours mean - red isn't bad: http://www.howtogeek.com/school/sysinternals-pro/lesson2/

I can answer the Codemeter part. You are correct that it is a software licence that looks for a USB key in order to run a program.

I use Dataton Watchout, and Codemeter looks for my Watchout USB key when I want to access Display computers running the fullscreen Display version of Watchout (for fullscreen multidisplay presentations like dome projections, panoramic presentations, etc).

Perhaps, in the past, someone borrowed your pc and installed a software that requires USB dongle keys. Or if you have installed 'demo' versions of such programs to check out its suitability, Codemeter will still be installed as part of the installation. If you do not use any such software, you can safely delete it. In your Control Panel > uninstall Programs > it is listed as either Codemeter Runtime Kit or Wibu-Sysems.

Ha, no one has borrowed my PC. I built it and it is in my room. Very few people have even directly seen this pc.
I was wondering if there are programs out there that use the Codemeeter Runtime without needing a CM key. Right now it is only disabled in mscofig as I am unable to find any way to uninstall it because it is not listed in "Programs and Features". It also seems that no programs have been affected by it so far by disabling that. .

I have that already but had forgot about it. I ran it and was unable to find anything related to the two things I mentioned above.

hard to delete something if you don't know what installed it and its not attached to any other processes in win 10. If you disable them and set them to manual start then I am not sure what you can do to get rid of them. https://www.winhelp.us/disable-unneeded-services-in-windows.html

You could try ccleaner and see if they only run due to old registry entries. If you fine with them just being disabled, I wouldn't do this step as registry cleaners can do more damage than they worth.

I actually already tried that and Ccleaner did not find anything. Ccleaner has not let me down yet.

Is there a way to find the path for either of these things? Even if it is just for the "Citrix online launcher" in programs and features. I should try revo again and see if that can see the path for that program.

The problem is neither one show up in task manager. I have uninstalled the Citrix Online Launcher. I think that one was either for some support I received or gave to someone....lol. The CodeMeter one is still a mystery. I have contacted the people who develop that process/program and will see what they say,
