two 4gb no brand sticks of ddr4 2133Mhz Ram, Skhynix
Asus Strix ROG GTX 1070
Crucial 500gb SSD
PNY 120gb SSD-has OS Windows 10 64x
Thermaltake Pro RGB 750W
My GPU is from my friend and he used it for about seven months.
I recently built a new PC and i put in my old gpu (r7 370) while waiting for my new gpu (gtx 1070). I had problems with my old gpu as it would go black then come back or restart. I got the BSOD sometimes and it would come up with video_tdr_failure, atikmpag.sys. I re-installed drivers many times and it would cause the same problem. It would only stop if i managed to get into a game. Anyway i just got my Asus Strix ROG GTX 1070. I get a VGA red led on boot and sometimes ill get a beep and sometimes no beep. My monitor turns on but just a black screen. I've gotten into windows once and then it crashed when i went into my settings. Google hasn't really given me any help so i hope that someone here can help me out.
