I Get an unplayable 9 to 16 fps from a GTX 770M running Company of Heroes 2. All other specs are also high (mid 2013 ROG)

Thank you for answering me James. I tried to play five mins and my GPU temperature raised from 38 degrees Celsius to about 42/43. Full sistem specs goes as following: Asus G750 JX - CV038 CPU Intel Core i7 4700, 16GB DDR3 RAM, GPU nvidia GTX770M 3GB GDDR5. I've been playing most demanding games with ultra settings (including METRO LAST LIGHT). No SLI enabled in GPU settings. I've already disabled the in-game recording feature gaining about 3 to 5 fps. Changing graphic settings does not really effect performance. During the temperature test you requested they were all set to minimum with no AA, no physics, only V-sync enabled, reaching a COH 1 standard with a sluggish 18-20 fps output. Systems half my specs are enjoying Ultra settings and 60 fps as well as some utube footage regarding the GTX770M. Don't know what else I can do, just spent 50€ for the game.
