I got an intel core i5 4440 processor
my gpu is an AMD Radeon r9 200 series
i got 8gb of RAM
and windows 8

not sure what other specs you need to know
but i lag while playing csgo h1z1 and LoL and sometimes minecraft

Solution
200 series doesn't say much,. cards like the 240 are like $50 and arent for gaming and a 295x is a $900 card that can play any game, so we need more than 200 series.

Your CPU and RAM is fine, but as I said, your card can vary between $50 and $900 depending on the model.

Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card this is the exact name of it and its 170$

I have a Intel i5 4440 and my gpu is a amd r9 270x. My power supply is 650 watts. If your gpu has the same performance as the 270x. It is recommended that you have 500-600 wat power supply.

How old is your PC?

its only around 8 months old

my speed test is 93 up 80 down and 12 ping

the main problem with my fps is its never consistent it goes from 40-180 real quick and never stops going up and down happens with LoL dont know my h1z1 fps but i just lag on there

I get 300-350 on cs alone.
When running fraps I get 230-250
Fraaps I very CPU and memory intensive.

man thats crazy, you play any other games and if so whats the fps

Csgo is not a very intensive game. Bf4 on ultraultra mp, I get sometimes 80-90 fps

oh i know its not an intensive game thats why i was always confused why i got shit fps , just was to lazy to research it till now

Just so we can rule out the internet issue. Unplug you internet and go offline in csgo bots and see if your frames are still crap.
