hello there
i will try to explain my problem (since i am not too much into this).
i bought this pc in may 2014:
INTEL(R) CORE(TM) I7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHZ 2.80GHZ
GEFORCE GTX 660TI
when i played in the beggining and until recently i could play all games i had (lol, starcraft2, heroes of the storm ecc.) with ultra or ultra high graphics; now i can only play somehow league of legends on very low graphics.. recently i changed the fans that didn't work and also i changed the paste that keeps the pc temperature normal. my temperatures at the moment are around 48 - 53 all four of them.
during gameplay my pc either freezes and i can't do anything except move the mouse or hard restart the pc from the button on the case( even alt ctrl del doesn't work); or my pc goes in bluescreen and i need to restart it nonetheless.

can anyone please help me

The steps to re-load Windows are below. Before doing that though, you may want to run a hard drive and memory test.
hard drive: http://www.hdtune.com/
memory: https://www.memtest86.com/

If either fails the test, that component will need to be replaced.
If both check out fine & you're not too experienced with pc repairs, you could always run this:

Also make sure drivers/updates are up to date. After all that, if you are still experiencing issues proceed to the steps below.

Step 1. get an external hard drive and backup any important data

Step 2. get a flash drive(at least 16gb)

Step 3. download Windows ISO: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

Step 4. Use the 'Media Creation Tool' to create a bootable Windows 10 drive(it guides you through)

Step 5. Boot to flash and re-install Windows

Step 6. Start all over again installing drivers/Windows updates/installing your games
