I get fine fps playing rainbow six siege but when I play my obs clip back it has very low fps

I have been looking for the answer for ages, I've optimized what I think to be all my settings. I use obs 64 bit and I use game capture

(Shadowplay won't work for rainbow six siege)

Hmm, thats strange. Im assuming you made sure you were recording in 30 or 60fps. If so it could be a problem with rendering the footage or something? what cpu do you have? Another thing is to check your file size, one time i had obs record a 6 minute video and it ended up being like 400gb because of some stupid reason i dont really remember, but if that is the case it will most definetly lag when you try to view the video

If its none of those than i have no idea

I have an i5 and to be honest I think the main reason is due to CPU usage as it is normally around 99% but I have no idea how change that
