Question I get game freezes every time i play games (0fps for 4 to 5 sec)

hello
every time i open a game i get 4 to 5 sec of freeze i mean 0 fps and i cant do shit
this laptop age is 3 months and it was all fine but 1 month ago i get freezes when i try to play (apex / lol / csgo ) ....
i have the last gforce update ( i tried the old versions no result)
i close the Vsync too with no better result
i have directX with the last update
