I get good ping on my Xbox but bad ping on my PC

When I play online multiplayer games on my Xbox One i get good ping (60-70) but when i play on my gaming laptop I get high ping (400+).
Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

what is the ping to the router ? it has to be 1 to 5 max if that is ok then laptop ethernet should be ok, try some other port on router or switch, but if you got problems there change the cable first then try to delete drivers for ethernet nad reinstall them and/or check if you got some program to" speed up/ lower ping " try deleting that

the ping to the router is 1 but to game servers its 400 and i dont have any of those programs. how do i delete and reinstall drivers for ethernet?

I got this laptop around three months ago and it was fine but in the past month it started having this problem

looks like ISP problem, but do try to disable AV and try then to reinstall drivers for ehternet, you can uninstall ethernet in device manager under network adapters. after that i would call the ISP to check with them

which network adapters do i uninstall?
edit: it didnt help so i will call my ISP
