Question i get high CPU and GPU times in MW2

i did a benchmark in MW2 and i got this its all over the place

CPU - AMD Ryzen 3700X
GPU - 1080 Ti

Looks like your CPU is thermal throttling badly, what cooler do you have? What kind of temperatures are you seeing when gaming/stressing the cpu?
