I get low FPS With My GTX 1050 TI on all games

Hey,
I have Gtx 1050 ti i just bought and i plugged it in downloaded the correct drivers and i try some games and on all of them i get around 10- 15 FPS.
Example : Team Fortress 2 - i have set the game settings to High and resolution to 1920x1080
and i keep getting 10 fps in game. (which Gtx 1050 should handle for about 60 fps)

now i dont know if its my Graphic card or is it my computer or a driver issue

Anyone can help me it will be great

Use DDU in safe mode and then install the drivers. Also make sure that you have the monitor cable connected to the GPU and not to the mobo (integrated graphics).

Does your GPU require a power connection from the power supply? and if so , is it plugged in?

i reinstall the drives and using DDU and the cable is connected to the GPU still get 10 fps
