I get mouse freeze but my screen is smooth...

I can't solve this problem... It wasn't like this before, I've used this mouse and mousepad all the time and it's nothing wrong, there must be something in the system I don't know about. Please help!

unplug the usb try reinstalling the drivers if you have any
