I get no sound

I get no sound on windows 7 it's not a software problem.its the hardware.
I downloaded real tek and it said front panel jack are connected and disconnecting.so I unplug the front panel connector and it still said than their a headphone in the front panel.


I have latest bios
My motherboard is z87m-d3h
Is there away I can disable the audio in bios.

im planning to get a sound card.

Go to realtek panel. and get to the options. (There's a icon like a folder) and select front panel jack detection off and dis-select the "Mute speakers when headphone plugged in"

Yes I know but I still get no sound from

Did you try another headphone or a speaker with that?
