DOCP is enabled in the bios, no other tweaks apart from that.
I'm running latest Bios (december 8th)
Something else I have to adjust in the bios for it to reach full potential?

On a side note PUBG runs like crap(60-75fps) on my new system compared to my old system 6700K+1070(120-140fps), not sure if this is also memory related. Thanks.

Well, I beg to differ. When you look at the graph, the distribution is obviously not Gaussian and therefore the average has no "meaning". The percentiles stand for what they are.
"39th percentile" of what?

If all similar components report as between 110% and 115%, something at 112% WILL show at around "39th percentile".
Now...would you say "110% is 'bad'? Why?

It is in comparison to all other components, not a value unto itself.
