Vega 11 iGPU 2Gb
1x8 GB DDR4 3200Mhz Patriot Viper Steel Ram
Zalman 500W PSU [ZM500-LX-II]
As the title suggests I get BSOD with the message THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER after installing and using certain apps.
The issue first occurred with BlueStacs. Within 30 minutes of usage, my PC would crash with this message. That happened 3 days ago and it hasn't crashed since I uninstalled it. Today I installed Mozilla Firebox and again, within 30 minutes of usage, my PC crashed with the same message.
I checked and all of my drivers are installed. As a matter of fact, a week prior I sent the PC back to the manufacturers' company to check for errors and they found nothing wrong with it, saying that it's a software issue.
What could be causing this issue and what can I do about it?
