I goofed. Please help ungoof

I pressed all the buttons on my laptop in the process of cleaning up water that I spilled on the keyboard. It was a significant spill but I have reason to believe that my button pressing caused my issue not the water.

So the background windows desktop is all black, but it kept running league of legends after the... Incident. But of course when I closed league I couldn't reopen it. my mouse cursor still shows over the black screen, and when I turn on the computer I can access bios and sign into windows, but how do I fix this? is there any way to wipe wihout... Using windows??

Do you sign in using lock screen or have you got it set to auto logon?

you could try running a system restore, if there is a date in it prior to your accident it might make screen come back.
on the lock screen, there is a power button in bottom right corner
click it and while holding the shift key down, press restart
this should load a blue menu - I assume it still works
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose system restore
hopefully there is a date in here that is fairly recent
if so, choose it and Windows will roll back to that date and maybe fix this.

what laptop is it? maybe I can find something, you never know...

Check whether some of keypresses did not switch your laptop to "External-only" monitor.
You can connect a monitor to the laptop to check whether you can see your desktop.

uhh restarting brings me to the same page from which i restarted... I don't see how i could restore from here.
