I got 3 BA for the same question and answer?

How is this working? Is the OP selecting/unselecting the same answer multiple times? Does it count towards my count every time? This is frankly confusing at best.

Yes it was selected three 3x by the OP.

I don't know why , it only counts as 1 Solution.

Happened to me yesterday , but was selected 2x but only equals 1 solution.

It only counts as 1. However, anything tagged counts as 1 towards progress in that category. So, you could get one best answer on a thread that is appropriately tagged with two tags, and that 1 would count as progress towards both badges.
