[SOLVED] I got a 144hz and it's extremely blurry and has lines in it past 100hz.

It's a VG249Q and I already got a new cable which didn't help and it changed nothing. I am almost positive its something with the gpu or system it self. It's pretty annoying and I'm almost positive it worked once but never again after that.

Have you tried HDMI yet? It has HDMI 2.0b which supports 1440p 144hz. It could possibly be a faulty port. If not I'd have my bets placed on the MONITOR.
