I don't know what cooler I need and power supply and I don't know if the motherboard fits I think it fits but I'm not sure. the mother board is a msi h170 gaming m3 intel. thanks - awesome_2

Your CPU will fit on your motherboard. The Cryorig H7 is a good choice. The Gammax 400 is another.
The size of PSU you need will depend also on your graphics card. If none, a good but inexpensive Seasonic 300W 80+ Bronze PSU would do. If you're going to run a high powered gaming graphics card, you might need a similarly high-quality 650W unit, so there's quite a range there.

Solution
The i5-6600K does not come with a stock cooler.
A simple $30 cooler like cryorig H7 or cm hyper212 is good, even for overclocking.
And... a H170 based motherboard does not support cpu overclocking.
You are leaving some 30% performance o tne table by not using a Z170 based motherboard.
