Question I got a new GPU but now my CPU is a huge bottleneck ?

I upgraded from GTX 560 to GTX 1650 super which is like a 400% stronger card and now my Intel i7-870 is the bottleneck, i can literally run most of my games on ultra with having same fps on low settings. These are my specs

CPU: i7 870 base clock
CPU COOLER: LC CC 94
GPU: Asus TUF GTX 1650 SUPER
MBO: Asus P7H55-M PRO
RAM: 4x2gb ddr3 1333mhz
PSU: LC POWER 6550 v2.2

The only logical thing i could do i enable intel turbo boost but that makes my cpu run really hot since my cooler isnt good enough, is it worth it to get a new cooler just for the boost? Or should i just save up and get like i3 12100f + mbo + ram which i was planning on

Just choose something better - i5-12400 instead.
