I got a new mainboard

It's a H81M-DS2. My current mainboard is a H61M-DS2 3.0. So should I use the H81M or sell it? My specs are:
GeForce GT 420
Intel Pentium G2020
4GB ram ddr3 1333 mhz (going to updrage to 8gb ram)

The Intel G2020 processor (socket 1155) is not compatible with the H81M-DS2 motherboard (socket 1150). In order to use that motherboard, you would also need a new processor.
