Question I got a new MSI 3060 TI RGB dual fans and a Ryzen 5700g and now after the upgrades it wont display on my monitor.

My specs are
CPU: Ryzen 5700g
GPU: MSI 3060 TI
Motherboard: B450-a CSM
RAM: Corsair DDR4 3200 mhz
PSU: Corsair CS550

I've already tried to clean my RAM as many people suggested online and it didn't work but the PC turns on, but the display doesn't work. Please help

Did you do bios updates on your board before installing the 5700g? Also are you plugging in to the gpu or the motherboard for video?

Yeah, I updated bios before installing the new CPU also I am plugging into the GPU. Sadly still nothing comes up.

Have you tried removing the gpu and plugging directly into the board? You might try that to see if you get a display then that might give you a better idea what is happening.

I just tried plugging into my motherboard do I specifically have to remove the GPU to be able to do this? A display didn't show up when I tried plugging it into my motherboard

It wouldn’t hurt. Many times the system should pick up whether or not a gpu is installed or not. If the gpu is plugged in it may think you should be plugging into the gpu.

Do you still have your old cpu? Might want to reinstall that and double check that the bios updated properly and go back one thing at a time.

After the bios update my device had restarted and booted properly without any issues I believe an issue might be with the new CPU I had gotten.

I will probably reinstall my old CPU with the new GPU and see if the CPU is the issue.

Good test. If that works and bios is fully updated and you still can’t use the new cpu, you may need to return/rma.

For some reason no matter what I do for the PC it won't display anything I've tested the monitor and it works perfectly fine, but I'm starting to think I set up the PC incorrectly because my old CPU couldn't work with the new GPU I had.
