Given that type of change, plan on a full wipe and reinstall. My parts aren't actually that old but they are entry level
CPU : i3 9100f
MoBo : Asus TUF H310 mini-itx
I plan to change to a 6c/12t in the near future when i gather enough money and when i see which is the best choice for me an intel 10gen or a ryzen 4th gen
My GPU is the gtx 1660 from asus so there is kinda a bottleneck there i know
Do u know sir what it will depend on ?depend. sometime it work without reinstall. sometime it required a reinstall
Activation status does not change the need for a reinstall with new hardware.
Plan on a full reinstall.
Changing major parts (motherboard) usually requires a fresh OS install.Do you know sir what it will depend on ?
Probably, yes.You mean that reinstalling will overwrite the OS files in my SSD with no problems ??
Probably, yes.
What are the old parts and what are the new parts?

Along with a larger SSD.
Larger just means "more than 128GB". A 120/128GB is very tight on space, even when paired with a larger HDD.I think i won't be able to afford large size SSDs .. i depend on HDD as i still don't play massive games and don't mind long loading times .. So i prefer putting my money in the CPU or GPU

A 250GB SSD is not that expensive.
