yeah it should be able to as long as it has a PCIE port, look into whether or not your CPU is good enough to utilize the 1050 though, also make sure you have a 300w power supply.

An exact motherboard model name would help us tell you with 100% certainty.

If it's an MSI AM3 motherboard it will probably accept a GTX 1050 no problem as long as it has a PCIe x16 slot.
