I got a virus that installed passwords on my hard drive how do i reload my origi

I got some virus that changed the passwords on my hard drive. It wont let me reload with alt f10 and it wont let me into the boot menu. Is there anything i can do to reload i have the restore disk but can not even get to the boot menu. I have a acer 5520.

Thanks for the reply but it wont let me boot it in safe mode it will enter the setup when you press f2 but will not let me change any settings.

For entering into safe mode you have to press F8!

Thanks for the info but it did not work I read the instructions but there is no flashing courser before the load up screen i pressed F8 at diferent times and nothing. Someone really did a number on me thanks for the help.

Have tried running Malwarebytes in Normal mode??
If not try that!

maybe i didnt explain correctly i can not even boot to windows the virus put passwords on my hard drive i cant get past them i figured out the first password now there is another one.

How did you manage to figure out the first password?

What happens when you try to boot - what exactly do you see?

You could try Active Password Changer to reset your password.
