I got an American LG LCD tv,42" model Cs560,when connected to an stb locally the video output is black and white,the tv has a

Kindly shed some light on this LG tv which is giving me a hell! Am in kenya and the local stb uses PAL mode but the tv is hard wired NTSC.

An NTSC TV getting a PAL input will do exactly that.

They do make PAL-NTSC converters, but I don't know what is available in your area. google around for it.
